Nick and Carlie had such a sweet morning for this downtown Belleville, IL engagement session. Although session was at start of the winter season, we somehow got a beautiful sunny November day! It was chilly, but these two love birds did not let that stop them from having a good time. There were lots of cuddles to keep them warm!

We started our morning at a local park that had the dreamiest light that just made them glow. I adore all of Carlie’s giggles as Nick loved on her! Then we made our way to downtown Belleville where the Christmas decor was up. This area gave us the perfect urban scene to add some variety to their engagement session. We walked our way up and down the street and decided to stop and warm up with coffee and donuts at Joe and Onie’s. So much fun!

We ended our time together by going to their favorite local bar, Fridays South. Fridays is where it all started for these two. This is where their entire family love to gather so it only made sense to end their session here. Did we have coffee and doughnuts then beer all in the same hour, yes, yes they did! It was such a blast getting to enjoy this special place with them.
