I believe in real moments and chasing sunsets. In the kinds of images that remind you of the JOY that can be found in the simplest of moments together. I believe in images that are itching to be printed, placed in beautiful frames and hung on walls for years to come.
I'm a big believer that wedding mornings are best when you start with an iced brown sugar oat milk latte & end with an epic dance party at the reception!! In my free time (which is minimal with two sweet kiddos!) you can find me serving in my church, sneaking in a date night with my husband, or enjoying the outdoors!! I love the sunshine and being by the water is my happy place!
Capturing love and timeless moments is a true passion of mine - I'm enamored with the idea that we can take the best moments in our life and freeze them to remember forever! THE REASON WHY
I do what I do
Growing up, I always loved photographs. We would spend our winters in Northern Missouri visiting my great grandparents and one of my favorite memories are walking around their house, looking at the numerous photos that they had all over the walls. There were nostalgic memories of my great grandparents as newlyweds, then you see photos of them growing older, having children, then grandchildren and every moment in between.
These photographs of my family are what we will have to pass down to generations to come to tell the stories of our lives. Capturing moments, especially moments as intimate as a wedding allow me to help tell a small moment of your life for you to pass down for generations to come.
Now having a family of my own, I love being able to capture sweet moments of our family as we go through life and I hope that my children's children will have those same memories of walking around my house, admiring our family history.
